Summer special pricing ends Sept. 23
TORONTO — Organizers of the Canadian Telecom Summit (CTS) announced today Navin Arora (above), executive vice-president of Telus and president of Telus Business Solutions, will be the opening keynote speaker at this year’s conference, taking place Nov. 21-23 at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ont., west of Toronto.
Scheduled to speak Monday, Nov. 21 at 9 a.m. ET, Arora leads a national team of more than 6,000 Telus team members and “is accountable for the end-to-end multi-billion dollar B2B portfolio nationally, including sales, marketing, product development, customer experience, strategy and operations for all TELUS business customers across Canada,” says an email announcing Arora as a speaker at CTS.
“As part of his national portfolio, he oversees all customer segments, including Public Sector, Enterprise, Large, and Small & Medium Business, as well as TELUS Partner Solutions, which brings the best of TELUS’ connectivity services to our global partners,” the email says.
Since joining Telus in 1999, Arora “has held senior leadership roles with increasing responsibility across various parts of the organization, including Business Solutions, Partner Solutions, Consumer, and Technology and Operations,” according to his speaker profile on CTS’ website.
“He’s played a crucial role in steering some of TELUS’ most successful market growth and service innovation strategies, and has guided several transformations that have driven industry leading business growth, customer loyalty and operational excellence,” says his bio.
CTS organizers also noted in their email “summer special” pricing for the conference ends this Friday, Sept. 23.
