CHATHAM, Ont. — Independent ISP TekSavvy Solutions Inc. announced today Bothwell is the latest community in Chatham-Kent, Ont., in which the company has launched its fibre-to-the-home Internet service.
With the launch, 480 homes and businesses in Bothwell now have access to TekSavvy’s high-speed fibre network, which delivers Internet speeds up to 1 Gbps, according to a press release.
All TekSavvy Fibre plans come with unlimited bandwidth. The company is currently offering a promotion whereby residential customers signing up for its Fibre 1000 Unlimited package will receive a $20 monthly bill credit for the first 12 months of service.
The company’s launch in Bothwell is “part of an ongoing initiative to provide affordable connectivity to the Chatham-Kent community via a high-speed fibre-optic network,” says the company’s press release.
