CHATHAM, Ont. – Independent ISP TekSavvy Solutions announced today its fibre-to-the-home Internet service now reaches over 300 more homes and businesses in Chatham-Kent.

TekSavvy’s high-speed fibre network, which delivers Internet speeds up to 1 Gbps, is now available along Riverview Line and Grande River Line, between Bear Line Road in the east and Jacob Road in the west.

The company’s fibre plans all come with unlimited bandwidth. Under TekSavvy’s current promotion, residential customers signing up for the Fibre 1000 Unlimited package will receive a $20 monthly bill credit for 12 months.

“TekSavvy is grateful to the municipality of Chatham-Kent for its leadership and partnership on the Around-the-River Trail project,” says Charlie Burns, chief technology officer at TekSavvy.

“This project provided an ideal opportunity to install fibre infrastructure for more residents and is a great example of what can be achieved working closely with the municipal leadership here in Chatham-Kent.”

TekSavvy has also recently launched fibre-to-the-home service in the Chatham-Kent communities of Mitchell’s Bay, Grande Pointe, Plain Court, Blenheim and Cedar Springs.
