QUEBEC CITY — Videotron will receive $4.23 million in government funding through the Canada-Quebec Operation High Speed program to bring high-speed Internet access to 310 households in the La Haute-Côte-Nord Regional County Municipality by September 2022, Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) Canada announced today.
The total cost of the broadband project is $4.47 million, according to the government’s press release.
The municipalities targeted by the project include Les Bergeronnes, Les Escoumins, Sacré-Coeur and Tadoussac.
