Lithuanian router maker using Toronto as base for North American expansion

TORONTO – Teltonika Networks says its cellular routers are already in use in over 130 countries and since about 20% of this market is in North America, the Lithuanian manufacturer recently established a Toronto office to offer streamlined logistics and support tailored specifically to Canadian and U.S. clients.

It anticipates the market will triple in size by 2025 and thanks to the increased demand for remote work and distancing requirements, growth projections could get even higher, says the company press release.

The company’s latest industrial cellular router – RUTX11 (pictured) – has earned certification from Verizon and AT&T. The LTE-advanced CAT6 device is equipped with dual-SIM, 4 x gigabit ethernet ports, dual-band AC Wi-Fi, Bluetooth LE, and USB interfaces, says the release.
