MONTREAL — Bell Media’s Crave announced today the new original series Katherine est dans le pré (Katherine Is In The Meadow), in which comedian Katherine Levac (above), host of L’Amour est dans le pré, invites colleagues from the artistic community to experience life on the farm.

“Milking cows, driving a tractor, cleaning the barn, etc.: a few days of real immersion in the agricultural world awaits them,” reads an English translation of a Bell Media press release.

“Katherine Levac, who once lived on the family farm, will lead her guests — and the public — to discover the fascinating world of agriculture from a new angle thanks to candidates from the last few seasons of L’Amour est dans le pré who will propose several agricultural activities to the artists,” the translation says.

Filming for the series took place this fall in Pike River, in the Montérégie region of Quebec, at the Bellemana farm owned by Marc-Antoine and his family, whom viewers met in the ninth season of L’Amour est dans le pré.

Katherine est dans le pré consists of four 30-minute episodes and will be available in January on Crave.

The series is produced by Attraction in collaboration with Bell Media and Fremantle, and directed by Miriam Laquerre Tantawy.

Bell Media also announced Levac will be back hosting the 11th season of L’Amour est dans le pré this winter on Noovo.
