MONTREAL — Cloudli Communications, a Montreal-based provider of voice, data and messaging solutions, today announced it has acquired Omnivigil Solutions, a Quebec City-based provider of innovative cloud PBX, mass notification and call centre solutions.
Financial details of the transaction were not announced. Cloudli Communications is owned by CPS Capital, a Toronto-based private equity firm.
Cloudli has more than 7,000 customers in Canada and the United States. The acquisition of Omnivigil enables Cloudli to expand its Canadian small- and medium-sized business customer base while integrating new flexible, feature-rich and customer-centric services, says Cloudli’s press release.
With offices located in Quebec City, Montreal and Laval, Omnivigil has more than 1,800 customers and over 70 partners, with points of service extended throughout all provinces of Canada, says the release.
“With the addition of Omnivigil’s next-generation business communications platform, we will provide Canadian SMBs with advanced cloud-based features, contact centre solutions, CRM and third-party integrations, and more — all at highly competitive price points,” said Gavin Macomber, president and CEO of Cloudli, in the press release.
