TORONTO – Bell Media has promoted Nanci MacLean and Justin Stockman to vice-president, Bell Media production, and vice-president, specialty channels, respectively.
The appointments come following last month’s departure of Rick Brace, president, specialty channels and CTV production. The appointments are effective immediately, and MacLean and Stockman will continue to report to Catherine MacLeod, SVP specialty channels and Bell Media production, as part of her senior management team.
MacLean, who has been with the company since 2000, will continue to lead the company’s in-house production team for all entertainment programming across Bell Media’s portfolio of conventional and specialty channels, including The Movie Network. Stockman will oversee the day-to-day operational and strategic management of the company’s entertainment specialty brands, including The Movie Network, and work with senior management to drive new revenue opportunities and expand efficiencies across the company. He has been with Bell Media for more than a decade.
“With an incredible track record for success, Nanci and Justin bring significant experience to their new roles at Bell Media,” said Phil King, president of CTV, sports, and entertainment programming, in the announcement. “These appointments reflect our strategy in continuing to build our industry-leading team, while delivering Canadians the very best in compelling content.”
