TORONTO – TSN is making its broadcasts of CFL games available for download at the iTunes store in Canada.

Individual regular season games are available for $2.49 per match-up – after they are shown live on TSN – for viewing on a Mac or PC, iPod with video, iPhone and on a widescreen TV with Apple TV. Fans can also purchase a ‘Follow Your Team’ season pass for $29.99 and receive all 18 regular season games featuring their favourite team downloaded automatically to their computer as they become available.

“iTunes is the premiere entertainment store online, and we are thrilled to have CFL ON TSN broadcasts as part of its catalogue,” said TSN president Phil King, in the press release. “TSN is dedicated to bringing CFL action to football fans wherever they are and making the 2009 season available on iTunes allows fans to actually own the game and view it at their leisure in a way they never have been able to before.”

Games from the first three weeks of the 2009 CFL season are available now, while playoff games, including the 97th Grey Cup from Calgary, will be available later this season as part of a separate post-season package.
